Fairhaven Square Condominiums

Built in 2004 the Fairhaven Square Condominiums was previously known as the "abandoned half finished steel structure on the corner".  Rising from the demolished debris is a beautiful brick building with french balconies housing twenty-two residential condominiums and eight commercial street level units.

There is currently one 354 square foot "micro" studio unit for sale featuring a loft bed, hardwood flooring and a very high ceiling.  This unit is an excellent investment, especially for a student attending Western Washington University.
